trying to record in 24bit.. some trouble's..

In sonar I have it selected to record in 24bit..

...But at the bottom it says recording in 16bit...

So am I recording in 16 or 24?

Looks like your project is in 16-bit. Do you have an option to view/change the projects' bit-depth outside of the audio device control panel?

not that i know of.... i can change the khz outside of it in the m-audio pannel. but i see no option for recording bit.

ahh im so stupid it was under options-->global-->audiodata.

Try options -> Global -> And there should be a tab called "audio" or something. Switch from 16 bit to 24 bit. I'm pretty sure that helps.
