Bollocks! The first time Twisted Sister are coming to the UK for years (The Astoria, August 1st), and I'm going to be in Sweden. Typical!

Saw the show at Sweden Rock, which although a little rough around the edges (well they had only just got back together) it was awesome.

I'll be at The Astoria

...if they release some goddam tickets!

I enjoyed them at Wacken but I don't know if it would be the same in a small venue

Bah, the same is happening for me with Finntroll next month. They finally play over here, and I'll be in Norway! To make things worse, I'll also most likely have to miss them when I'm at Sauna Open Air also, as I'll be digging myself in at the front for Nightwish while they're playing the second stage. Bastards.

Twisted Sister at the Astoria sounds like a rather promising proposal however!
