I believe they recorded an AC/DC cover for their own tribute album, but I don't think the situation between Dee and the rest of the band (read: Eddie and Jay Jay) will ever allow them to reform per se.
They are reforming for a one off benefit show for the september 11 fund or something like that. I dont think it goes beyond that though, so no album or tour.

I also read on the net that there a couple of Bootlegs of TS doing a couple of Sabbaths songs , I think Heaven & Hell , Dio era stuff which would be good.
