According to the Bangor Daily News, yesterday's (Wednesday, July 17) Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival concert at Darling's Waterfront Pavilion (formerly Bangor Waterfront Park) in Bangor, Maine resulted in about a dozen noise complaints to Bangor Police Department and another 10 to City Manager Cathy Conlow and the city council.
