Australian Metallers - TYRANT have been busy recently writing new songs for a follow up album to last years "Freaks Of Nature" CD. The CD has recieved countless rave reviews in many dedicated Metal sites and magazines from around the world over the last 12 months.

TYRANT hope to wrap up song writing in early 2002 with a planned start up for recording to take place some time in March/April 2002. As yet a producer hasn't been locked in but if a suitable producer isn't found the band might again produce the next CD themselves.

The band are currently in negoitiations with several record companies regarding a deal and hope to make a announcement in the not to distant future.

Some of the titles already written are: Thunder Down Under; Hard As Nails; Must Be The Devil; Rude, Crude & Tattooed; Courage Of The Heart; Perfect World; Killing Machine; A Few Days To Kill and Drink With The Devil.

More songs are in the pipeline and when a full track listing becomes available an announcement will be made. According to the band - people can expect a far tougher sounding album overall than the current "Freaks Of Nature" CD!
