Texas is doing the same thing ( or similiar)
Because they are finding more people who arent dealers, that smoke it in there own time
away from public, or driving . not using it at work, You get a ticket if it is under a quarter ( if you are intoxicated its a D.W.I)
They have not passed this bill yet, they arent quite sure how to approach it
there main concern is traffic ( and bothering people) I smoke it, but I dont deal, There isnt traffic coming in and out of my house, ( thats stupid)
I have heard my neighbors complain they can smell it from time to time ( but its not as often) I over heard one neighbor talking about they called the police
you know what they said, there isnt any traffic coming in or out of his house , it is something he does in his own time and doesnt bother anyone...hes not a threat
if we where to go out there it would be considered an invasion of privacy
( the walls are paper thin, Im on the second floor.I hear everything)
