anyone catching this? I'm a huge fight fan and catch all of the PPV's, so I've already ordered it. But anyways, main event is Keith Jardine vs. Rampage Jackson, I'm thinking Jackson's going to take this one. Here's the full lineup:

Rampage Jackson vs. Keith Jardine
Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Shane Carwin
Pete Sell vs. Matt Brown
Matt Hamill vs. Mark Munoz
Gray Maynard vs. Jim Miller
Tamdan Mcrory vs. Ryan Madigan
Kendall Grove vs. Jason Day
Tim Boetsch vs. Jason Britz
Brandon Vera vs. Micheal Patt
Aaron Riley vs. Shane Nelson

yeah, also i'm a huge fan and i'm gonna watch it tonight. IMO Jackson will win this fight against Jardine.

About Gabriel ''napão'' Gonzaga vs Shane, i believe it'll be an easy fight for napão. I'd like to see a fight between Jackson and Lyoto Machida. Would be fantastic, although Rashad Evans got a wonderful style.

Jackson should win this fight, but lulz if Jardine wins.

And I don't know if I'd say it's an easy win for Gonzaga...especially considering that Gonzaga just looks so effin lazy and lackluster sometimes. I wouldn't be surprised if he lost.

Not a great card, but I'll still watch it.

Shane Carwin is a tough guy and could overpower Gonzaga (or possibly KO him), but Gonzaga has a serious advantage on the ground. Carwin hasn't really fought anyone so Gonzaga is a big step up in competition, but it will still be a test for Gonzaga.

Even though i hate Rampage i believe he will smoke Jardine.
Going to have to agree with Vossyrus's saying that Gonzaga looks lazy out there. His stamina is weak.

The main event was rather boring. I thought Rampage did enough to get the win though.

And glad to see Carwin winning. I didn't understand why so many people thought had written him off.

The card was alright overall, some good KOs though.

I'm waiting on the results of the fights, I didn't order it but I expect Rampage to KO Jardine.
Edit: I didn't realize the card complete until after I posted.

was kinda meh. gonzaga got beat so that was cool
wish I would have seen matt brown

That fight had a ton of WTF going on in it. Although it was great to see super-wigger get his ass beat for longer than he needed to. The Napao ko was cool as shit too, for sure. Jardine surprised me by hanging in with Rampage like that, I think that last knockdown by Quinton kinda sealed the deal for the decision.

i'm very disapointed with gonzaga. he had the fight in his hands.

I think he wasn't taking Carwin seriously enough in his mind, in spite of all those pre-fight interviews. Gabe is on when he WANTS to be on, and if he's not 1,000% into it, he just gets lazy as fuck. Randy absolutely schooled him, so it's no surprise a guy with the power Shane has took him out, ya know?

i know that he isn't the best ot the heavyweight, but he got more experience, and i thought he'd win that fight, cuz the first punch made Carwin get back, however Gonzaga didn't still punching him. i think that was the gonzaga's error.

I think Gonzaga could be a lot better but he just isn't the level of fighter people think he is, or hoped he'd become. He does have experience but he's basically lost each time he's had to step up in competition. Except for his KO over Cro Cop - a really weak Mirko who's become a shadow of his former self. I remember after that fight people were saying he could beat Fedor etc. Perhaps, he was rushed into bigger fights when he wasn't ready.

His conditioning could be a lot better. He get's worn down easily, and overwhelmed when he's pressured. He could also work on his striking. Both of these faults caused him to lose to Werdum again, by TKO, and really Werdum's striking skills are pretty average at best.

For these reasons, I thought he'd lose to Carwin who's got great wrestling credentials and with heavy hands. Carwin of course has a long way to go, but he could be something if he works hard enough. I'd like to see him fight Lesnar, mainly because of the similarities.

Lesnar is nobody, just won the old man and doesn't have any good tech. TBH also Gonzaga isn't an elite fighter, but who defeated Cro Cop deserves some respect. The best fighter isn't in the UFC.

Fedor > UFC

Carwin should fight with Nogueira before.

Yes, Lesnar's technique is awful and he didn't deserve a title shot in the first place. However, he's a great athlete but another example of someone who's been rushed into the spotlight too soon. I thought he'd beat Couture by overwhelming him, and using his strength advantage and eventually win by GnP...but watching his awful standup actually KO Couture was funny, especially when people I knew were so convinced that Randy would win easily.

And Cro Cop has looked terrible ever since he went to UFC. He looks very timid during standup exchanges and incredibly fragile, and despite his alleged boost in confidence he was absolutely crushed by Overeem! Even against Choi, in which he won he didn't look good at all.

And honestly, I've given up on Nog. He's looked like absolute shit in all of his UFC fights. Herring basically KO'd him, only he should have jumped on the opportunity and punished him to convince the ref to stop the fight. Nog looked absolutely terrible against Mir. I'm not sure I care to see Nog fight anymore. I wouldn't be suprised if Carwin Ko'd Nog! :erk:

And yes, Fedor is undeniably the best.

yeah, also nogueira wasn't very good against Frank Mir. I think he was thinking be unbeatable, but i'm pretty sure he coudn't lose to Lesnar. I think the UFC's heavy weigt category is very weak and not interesting. Dana should give more attention to that.
