Quebec's UNEXPECT and Sweden's ELECTRIC EARTH are among the nominees in the "Hard Rock/Metal" category at the the Independent Music Awards, which "helps indie artists and releases worldwide overcome mainstream obstacles by placing winners and finalists in front of more than 20 million new fans via year-long promotion, marketing and distribution programs," according to a press release.
