Hi, sorry for the self advertising but we've updated the site at last and added a new forum which is bloody quiet at the moment so have a look and start a topic.

Updates to the site are all well and good Sean but when are you next playing? Be nice to see Intense again, are you going to be at Bloodstock or what?

Yeah i know updates aren't as good as a live show but i've been onto Andy (the promoter for Bloodstock) and he seems to think he's got enough power Metal bands on (that'll be Shadow Keep then). So it doesn't look lie we're going to play, which is a real dissapointment for us, Vince (Bloodstock webmaster) knew we were keen too, it's a shame we're to be excluded. Still we're be pushing the new album that we're due to record so we'll do a few UK live shows this year anyway. Other than that pester Andy to get INTENSE on, he may listen.
Metal Regards.

there isn't a single power metal band on the bill! DOH
ShadowK is early queensych which I don't call power metal

Are you afraid to use yor name or don't you have one

I think SK see themselves in the PM arena although their label are pushing them at the prog side of things :/
