URSUS with worldwide deal on PURE STEEL RECORDS

The second band from Colombia going to be released on Pure Steel are URSUS. Their second album "Fuerza Metal" shows very raw oldschool Thrash Metal of highest quality in order to "Thrash the planet. With URSUS Pure Steel Records supports another surprising band from South America in order to make the Metal world more united and following the true Metal spirit definitely according to the labels basic statement: Every band from anywhere in the world is welcome at our label as longs as they play fine music and work professional like we intend to do by ourselves also all the time".

Uncompromising and straight forward bouncing Old School-Thrash Metal in their mother tongue Spanish is what the Columbians URSUS, who are already hanging around in the scene since 2001, stand for. Already in the years before the South-Americans published a demo (in 2006), an entire album (Hijos Del Metal, 2008) and a split-release (Thirsty Of Metal, 2010).

The second attack named Fuerza Metal, which is the first release on Pure Steel Records, contains everything, what a real thrasher loves about a true Thrash-hammer: Merciless straight-forward drums, barking-raw vocals, bestial-speedy guitar riffs and a suitable retro-styled 80s-production are the main components of this also Speed Metal-styled output. For friends of Latin American 80s-Metal-stuff at the end there is a special treat because of the cover version of Destrucciòn, in original on the debut album of the Argentine band V8.
