Given the sparse support dates for COB, are there any upcoming plans for a headlining or another support tour in the works for North America?

I am sure that they are hoping for a fully blown tour given the right offer comes their way. It's all matter of time. They got nothing to do until 2008 anyway

Haven't you noticed the pattern. Release an album in the fall, tour year and a half or so, write during the winter/spring, record early summer and repeat. I'm sure they've got certain contractual obligations to releasing album/s at certain frequency. Most seasoned bands follow similar one.
