I hadn't heard this, but am not surprised. Nevermore is a thing of the past for sure, even if they choose to replace these guys. I think a lot of people sensed the end coming though. Health issues and other bad luck have plagued them, and it did sort of seem like they'd lost some steam of late....long breaks between records, Loomis' continued (admitted) writing block, etc. etc. They were truly great for a good long run of albums....oh well. I thought they were one of the best modern metal bands (wasn't thrilled with the last album though). On the bright side, Warrell's solo album was fantastic, so maybe we'll hear more of that kind of thing.
