Jennifer Miller of the Whistler Question reports: The concert promoter whos being sued by the representatives of glam-rock band KISS said this week he doesn't understand how he can be sued for breach of contract when he says a contract was never signed for the ill-fated September concert in Whistler, which was cancelled just 12 days before its scheduled date.
