According to Manchester Evening News, Canadian technical death metallers GORGUTS became victims of unprovoked vandalism late last month when a man smashed through their tour bus window with his bare hand. The incident took place on March 29 at 12:35 a.m. when the band's coach was parked outside the Sound Control venue on New Wakefield Street in Manchester, England. In closed-circuit TV footage released by the police, which can be seen below, the man is seen walking up alongside the GORGUTS vehicle. He appears to be relaxed as he gets to the rear of the black coach, but then, for no apparent reason, smashes his forearm into one of its back windows. The man then turns away, before making off into the night. GORGUTS' booking agency Avocado is appealing for information about the identity of the person responsible for the mindless act of vandalism. Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111 or contact the police on the non-emergency number 101. Alternatively, you can tweet Avocado @avocadobooking. GORGUTS will release a new one-track EP, "Pleiades' Dust", on May 13 via Season Of Mist.
