Vans Warped Tour Line-Up Announcement Today

They have ruled out "stadium bands" which means its highly unlikely Iron Maiden would be part of the lineup.

Still I won't rule out anything 100% until the lineup is official!

In the meantime, anyone speculating as to who might be part of the line-up?

Bozza, it may float your boat to know that AJ, the promoter behind Soundwave and Vans Warped, is in talks with Maiden this week about organising another tour, whether it be for SW 2014 or a headline tour, we don't yet know.

Also, I keep meaning to ask you, is that Wes Borland in your display pic? (yep, I love nu metal as well as old school heavy metal )

EDIT: Following a Google search, the rumour has it that Maiden England might headline SW14, which would make Maiden England only one of two Maiden Tours to go over 3 calendar years (Brave New World the only other tour to do so). With that said, their own show in October, November or December in Aus this year still can't be ruled out!

I'm a fan of Limp Bizkit and have been for over a decade. Maiden I became a diehard fan of in more recent times, but Maiden are the kind of band that if I had been exposed to around the same time I was exposed to Metallica (which was late primary school in the 90s) then I would've been a Maiden fan since then!

EDIT: I read that wrong, I know it says "That would be me in my display pic", meaning yourself not Wes lol. When I replied earlier I think I skim read it as "That would be my display pic".
