I dunno wether you can say it sounds like Tool... Tool are way darker and quite different... the new Rush is certainly a departure but it's close to the T4E stuff and it's much more down to earth. No keyboards at all, it's just a straight forward power trio rocking it out. I love Vapor Trails. BTW If you still haven't noticed, Rush completely revamp themselves every 4 studio albums... it never ceases to amaze me that they keep inventing new styles of music, wearing them out in 4 albums and moving on without losing any fans but instead gaining more fans.

TOOL, is what teh reviewers said, there supposed to be the band wagon they all jump on, but i have yet to hear a song...
