VEHEMENCE NEWS

JULY 24, 2005 - 1 LAST SHOW WITH NATE! 9-10-05 / STREET TEAM/ NEW VIDEO DOWNLOAD!

We've been hard at work writing new songs for our next album! It has definitely gotten more technical, and we are really excited to show the world the new Vehemence. We are still working on getting Sean Vandegrift (our new vocalist) out of Ohio... He has an apartment lease which is keeping him there, but we are trying everything we can to get him out of his lease. If you are in the Newark Ohio area, and wanna help him out, email us! So far we have about 13 songs in the works... We are trying things that we have never done before, so its gonna sound new... We definitely have something to prove with this upcoming release. So far, we have tentative plans to record at the end of the year with James Murphy (if you don't know who this guy is, you really need to do your death metal homework) at his studio in Florida.

- Read this blog!!! Click here This is about the past months and how the tour with The Red Death, and Crematorium went.

- Parsa Bremen founder of brutaldeath.net also vehemence.brutaldeath.net committed suicide 7/20/05, he was born in 9/24/85 and all of Vehemence sends our deepest condolences to his family and friends. He helped Vehemence get an online start to where we are today. R.I.P!!!

- The download for our newest video We Are all Dying is available through our website now in different formats, click here to check that out. The video did extremely well on MTV2 and received much air time between April through July. Since then we received endorsements though Krank Amplifiers, D'Addario Strings, Planet Waves, Evans Drumheads and much more. We look forward to making our next video with this new lineup.

We also have one more show with our original vocalist Nathan coming up! Its a one-off show only, in Phoenix, AZ at Metal Devastation 2 on September 10th! Also on the bill are Red Tear Memory, He Who Binds Himself (Nathan's new band) and Abigail Williams (featuring Bjorn and Mark of Vehemence). This is a very special show, so we hope to see all our fans there!

Be sure to check out these Vehemence related projects!!!!

APRIL 8, 2005 - VEHEMENCE VIDEO ON MTV'S HEADBANGERS BALL/TOUR UPDATE
MTV 2 Headbangers Ball aired our video for the song We Are All Dying on Saturday April 2, 2005. The video will also air on MTV.com, Fuse/Uranium and Music Choice Video on Demand. Yahoo! Launch.com features a stream where you can view the video here. The video will be on reruns of all the shows so keep a watchful eye out! Keep in mind the video was recorded in September of 2004, so it still had our old vocalist Nathan Gearhart on it to stop any confusion to who you are seeing live with us now.

Vehemence would like to thank all who were involved with our headlining tour across the west coast of United States with Thine Eyes Bleed and Clifton. We shared great times through the thick and thin, almost all of the shows were a success due to some last min cancellations. We would also like to thank the promoters that too the tour package and came through with all of our demands. Our temporary vocalist Bryan Edwards from Clifton did a tremendous job live on stage with us doing dual vocal sets every night. We are gaining major acceptance and support from our Vehemence crowd from what is going on with us right now. We have noticed our shows are bringing out diverse audiences that are creating more movement alongside our new live energy working with these different vocalists.

Tour pictures are released in our photos page, and many more will be featured soon. Click here for our entire tour diary log for this tour.

Prepare for our next headlining run on the Cultivating the Masses Into Submission Tour http://www.cultivatingthemasses.com featuring Crematorium, The Red Death featuring our next temporary vocalist Adam Cody from Glass Casket.

FEBRUARY 28, 2005 - TEMPORARY VOCALISTS HELP VEHEMENCE FOR UPCOMING TOURS
tempvehvocals.jpg

Bryan Edwards of Clifton (Outline Records) will be doing the Vehemence/Thine Eyes Bleed tour March 21 through April 5th.

In an unexpected turn of events, vocalist Sean Vandegrift will not be able to commit to our upcoming spring tour with Crematorium and The Red Death and will work with Vehemence after the tours. In the meantime, Adam Cody of Glass Casket (Abacus Recordings) will be temporarily filling in for us on this tour starting April 8th through May 21st. Adam's band will be performing at The New England Metal & Hardcore Fest April 23rd, we will fly him out, but we still plan on performing in Augusta, GA, with guest vocals until Adam returns the next day. For a complete list of tour dates, go to http://www.cultivatingthemasses.com (tour website) or www.vehemence.com.

Give these guys some love and respect for helping out Vehemence, if it wasn't for these guys it would have been a waste of valuable touring time which would have sucked. Spread the word of the good deeds they are doing for us. See ya on the road!

The set list for both tours is looking like this (in no order) Trinity Broadcasting, She Never Noticed Me, Lusting for Affection, Darkness is Comfort, By Your Bedside, Kill For God, We Are All Dying, The Last Fantasy of Christ, & Spirit of the Soldier.

At this time we would like to announce that our new vocalist is Sean Vandegrift, former vocalist for From A Second Story Window on (Blackmarket Activities/ Metal Blade). We are excited as to what he will bring to Vehemence, and what the future holds in store.
