According to Billboard.com, VELVET REVOLVER/ex-STONE TEMPLE PILOTS frontman Scott Weiland will release the debut album from the Los Angeles rock band THE ACTUAL, "In Stitches", early next year via his Softdrive Records label (originally launched in 2003).
