I just have to thank GOD that there is a justice system, where
you are tried based on evidnece and not on one's emotion. Otherwise

It's disgusting what Vick and his piece of shit cronies did to these dogs. Unfortunately, there's a lot of money involved in dogfighting, and these sick scumbags don't think there's anything wrong with having 2 dogs fight to the death. It's barbaric and inhumane.
I was an animal control officer (for 7 months) while on active duty in the Marines. I had to respond to a call where a 2 year old girl was severly bitten in the face by a pitbull that got loose. I went to the hospital to see the girl, and it looked like she got beat up bad by Mike Tyson. I'm not saying that all Pitbulls are bad (they're actually nice dogs, but don't get along well with other dogs) but the point is, what if one of Vick's fighting dogs got loose and attacked a child or anyone else.
Vick is an awesome athlete, and was one of the most exciting football players to watch. But what he did was absolutely inexcusable, and he should been banned from the NFL for life, and go to jail for a long time. In my opinion, the penalties for animal cruelty are weak and need to be addressed.
