Fan-filmed video footage of EXODUS's August 17 performance at Conrad Sohm in Dornbirn, Austria can be seen below. EXODUS drummer Tom Hunting recently told Spark TV that the band will begin work on the follow-up to 2014's "Blood In Blood Out" album in January 2017. He stated about the songwriting process: "The formula's always the same: it's just guys getting in a room and, 'Hey, put a drum beat to this. Put a drum beat to that.' 'Okay, that's good. We'll keep that.' It's not rocket science. It's pretty easy." Tom expressed hope that EXODUS could release the next album "in the middle, or towards the end of 2017," he said. "I wanna take our time, though. It's not really how much material you put out at this point; it's gotta be good. I'm more concerned about it being good than [being released] fast." As previously reported, EXODUS will return to Europe as part of the colossal "Battle Of The Bays" European tour in October/November, alongside famed Florida death metal squad OBITUARY. Support will come from influential groove crossover metallers PRONG and Australian wrecking machine KING PARROT. "Blood In Blood Out" was the band's first album since the departure of EXODUS's lead singer of nine years, Rob Dukes, and the return of Steve "Zetro" Souza, who previously fronted EXODUS from 1986 to 1993 and from 2002 to 2004. EXODUS last fall completed a tour of North America as the support act for KING DIAMOND.
