Joe Dolan of JoeDolanPR.com has uploaded video footage of L.A. GUNS' July 25 performance at Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, California. Check it out below. The current lineup of L.A. GUNS includes singer Phil Lewis (GIRL, TORME), guitarist Michael Grant (ENDEVERAFTER, ASSASSINS), drummer Steve Riley (W.A.S.P., STEPPENWOLF) and bassist Scotty Griffin (HOOKERS 'N' BLOW, THE KING MIXERS). The band is now on tour and has scheduled performances across the U.S. throughout August and September alongside Ted Nugent, CHEAP TRICK, WINGER, THE QUIREBOYS, ENUFF Z'NUFF, GREAT WHITE, Sebastian Bach, WARRANT and TRIXTER. In January 2013, L.A. GUNS parted ways with its guitarist of one month, Frankie Wilsey (SEA HAGS, ARCADE), and replaced him with Michael Grant. Due to "extenuating circumstances and musical differences," guitarist Stacey Blades announced his departure from L.A. GUNS in December 2012. Blades played on four L.A. GUNS albums: "Rips The Covers Off" (2004), "Tales Trom The Strip" (2005), "Loud And Dangerous: Live From Hollywood" (2006) and "Hollywood Forever" (2012). He also authored a book, "Confessions Of A Replacement Rockstar", which was published in 2009. L.A. GUNS' last studio album, "Hollywood Forever", was released in June 2012 via via Cleopatra Records. The CD was recorded with legendary producer, and old friend, Andy Johns, who had previously worked with LED ZEPPELIN, THE ROLLING STONES, CINDERELLA and VAN HALEN, and who collaborated with L.A. GUNS on their previous three albums.
