We got a chance to talk to Heaven and Hell drummer Vinnie Appice (Black Sabbath, Dio, 3 Legged Dog) recently.
He confirmed there will be a new Heaven and Hell album in 2008 and also a 3 Legged Dog album.

I can't wait for the Heaven and Hell album, I never did recieve a review copy of 3 Legged Dog. Perris Records just doesn't promote their roster...
From what I have heard it's a bunch of 80's burnt-out players recording subpar rock music...
