According to the Artisan News Service, Vinnie Paul Abbott, current drummer for metal supergroup HELLYEAH and former drummer for PANTERA, took home the inaugural Golden Gods award for "Best Drummer" in 2009 and he couldn't be happier to pass the torch at the second annual Revolver Golden Gods Awards in 2010.
