another great band that needs support.

As a seperate note anyone going to Overkill (blaze supporting)... i am hoping to go provided i can get a ticket.

I caught Virgin Steele at the New Jersey Metalfest. They were on just before Saxon. Dave Defeis still sounds good. I saw Virgin Steele in 1984 at a nightclub in Long Island when they had the "guitar war 84" contest locked up. Remember all those old Long Island bands like Blacklace and Takashi? The 80's high school/college crowd metal bands were simply the best.

Wow! Virgin Steele and Primal Fear are two of my big favorite bands!!!
VS has changed with the years but they (David) still are great. Incredible! It's a pity they are not that famous...

I can't make these shows and I am gutted! What a great bill. However I'll be going to see BLAZE at the Rock and Blues weekend with Rose Tattoo and Girlschool.

Saw AREA54 in Exeter a few weeks ago and they played in front of 3 of us and the support band. They do deserve so much better.
