Antares AVox bundle for timbre changes and Celemony Melodyne for pitch. That should help you get something at least half decent out of THOSE singers.

I tried that one a couple of years ago. The virtual singer was named "Leon" and was like listening to the gay robot of Star Wars with empty batteries.
