Wacken Open Air 2013 - Live Streams And Television Broadcasts Announced
Wacken Open Air 2013 will take place August 1st - 3rd in Wacken, Germany. The festival will be broadcast both on television and via internet streams. Media partners NDR and ZDF.kultur will be part of the festival again to bring the W:O:A to people who cant be there themselves. They will present you live recordings, background stories and interviews with musicians and promoters.
The Norddeutsche Rundfunk (Northern German Broadcast) is streaming concerts during the entire festival, both live and time-displaced. On September 13th they will also broadcast a documentary about W:O:A 2013 at 12 (midnight).
ZDF.kultur will broadcast the concerts on Saturday from 8 PM - 12 midnight on television. Afterwards the station will broadcast 10 chosen concerts in the two weeks after the festival. The chosen concerts will be announced soon. Check out an overview at this location.
