Wacken

Apparently, Iron Maiden is going to be there and I guess they'll be playing a whole set of nothing but old stuff. I'm actually gonna try to go next year.
 
yeah, it will probably be the first weekend in august. other than that, youll just have to wait. generally theyll release some info on the next fest a week or two after the current one ends

Apparently the Christmas package for Wacken 2008 already sold out, due to Maiden.

I agree with the above posts, though. Enjoy Wacken 2007 and THEN worry about Wacken 2008. :D
 
Actually I don't think it's sold out yet... as they have it for saleon metaltix.com!

But you had me worried there... I'm buying my ASAP!

As for confirmed bands: Iron Maiden, Children of Bodom, Kreator... at least those!!! July 31st - August 2nd

Thats what I know.. I will definetly go, because I'm celebrating my honeymoon there!
 
Wacken 08 is not sold out yet, the december sale tickets are though ;) Wacken 07 is sold out but who cares. Will be going next year i think...
