Warrel Dane to sing on new Behemoth album........!!!

omg.

Man there's been so much great metal news lately. One of my favorite death metal bands + one of my favorite singers is just awesome.

probably like shit.

wd should just hurry the fuck up with his solo album... i know, cant rush that kinda shit, but i really wanna hear it.

Marie Callendars, like I said 3 years ago based on a joke Glenn made.

I don't wanna be SAAAAAAAAAVED, I'm next in line... for pie!

I recently had a marie callender fettucini alfredo and it was insane with it's tasty flavor (see: 100% butter, yum)

This track sounds like it is going to be quite good. Along with the other material from this upcoming epic I have heard. The piano worked in quite well I hear, I'd imagine Warrel will figure out a way to make his voice work as well. Can't wait to hear it.

This is likely the only thing that could motivate me to listen to anything new by Behemoth, since I haven't really been able to stand them since they left behind the black metal elements.

Yep, they went down in my estimation too. That said, they do death metal excellently, so the less enjoyment from the music can be accounted for by my tastes rather than their ability.

Perhaps, technically they are quite proficient, but I find no real sense of potency in the music itself, it washes over like a breeze, the impact is minimal. I preferred the older work with its raw, yet cutting qualities. But that's me.

All the best with this, you really sumtimez surprise me!!!!

WISE CHOICE, for some vocal dynamics you have ......

solo albums? guest appearances?

what's next, burger king commercials?

I would kill for that to happen. can you imagine that? It would be even better if he wrote and sang a new jingle along with his appearance.

"Burger KIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIIIIIIIIING!"

It seems like that always happens. People abandon a band just because their style changes... Rather than taking time to listen to the new material. I think Behemoth has been growing better and better as a band ever since their existence. I do love their older material such as Grom, Endless Damnation, Sventevith, Pandemonic Incantations... etc etc... But, their new material is quite good as well. I'm more of a death metal fan myself anyways... I can't stand the trends that follow black metal nowdays... The little kvlt grvm kiddies and their gay ass corpsepaint. Might as well be a Marilyn Manson show if you're gonna paint up your face like a woman.

On WD doing guest vocals: I'm totally unsure of this right now... it is really going to depend on the song if he fits.

On Behemoth through the ages: Regardless of style change, I think they hit their high point at Thelema.6, but have been able to stay steady with this newer blackened death style. They are one of the few bands that, even after a dramatic change in style, were able to stay as strong of a band as they were. I love their older material, and I am a huge fan of the newer stuff.

I eagerly await the new album.
