METALLICA played a snippet of JUDAS PRIEST's version of the FLEETWOOD MAC classic "The Green Manalishi (With the Two Prong Crown)" while rehearsing for its August 14 concert in Bucharest, Romania. Video footage of METALLICA's rendition of the track, along with a performance of "Here Comes Revenge", can be seen below. Back in May 2013, JUDAS PRIEST singer Rob Halford joined METALLICA on stage at the fifth annual Revolver Golden Gods award show at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, California to perform the PRIEST classic "Rapid Fire". Halford previously played "Rapid Fire" with METALLICA at one of the band's four intimate shows in December 2011 at the Fillmore in San Francisco as part of the week-long celebration of METALLICA's 30th anniversary as a band for fan club members only. Last month, METALLICA postponed its previously announced tour of Australia and New Zealand so that frontman James Hetfield can enter rehab for alcohol addiction. The 56-year-old Hetfield has been open about his addiction and alcoholism. His struggles were detailed in the 2004 documentary "Some Kind Of Monster". A couple of years ago, Hetfield said "fear was a big motivator" in inspiring him to get clean. At that time, he said he was sober for 15 years.
