AEROSMITH frontman Steven Tyler joined country-turned-pop superstar Taylor Swift on stage last night (Friday, September 25) at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee to perform the band's hit ballad "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing". Swift later tweeted a video of the pair's rendition of the track. "Singing 'I Don't Want to Miss a Thing' with @IamStevenT was an honor," she wrote. "So inspired by how sweet he was to all of us." Tyler expressed his enthusiasm at being sharing the stage with Swift by replying to a 2012 Taylor tweet in which she mentioned the the band's 1998 track. "I feel like I'd be more understood if people knew 'I Don't Want to Miss a Thing' by AEROSMITH is how most of my emotions sound in my head," Taylor wrote at the time. "Well ma darlin'," Tyler replied after last night's concert. "You sure were overstood tonight! A++ ... Epic Show ... Until Nextime..." AEROSMITH recorded "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing" for the 1998 summer blockbuster "Armageddon". It was the band's first and, to date, only No. 1 single, keeping the top spot for four weeks while gaining an Oscar nomination and winning the MTV Movie Award for "Best Song From A Movie."
