I think you can upgrade your horizons TDM to mercury native for only little money. (Also I think you own the SSL-native bundle) this will help you to save even more money.
Contact the guy and ask for a deal.

well at the rates of TDM... they should just give me mercury native for free
waves horizon tdm = 7125
waves mercury native = 4777
waves studio classics native = 1950
7125 - 4777 = 2348
2348 - 1950 = 398
so they should give me 400 dollars back and let me have mercury + studio classics

they should but I dont think they´ll do ....
Mercury includes all of the studio classics plugins besides the ssl bundle.
But I think you wont pay much money for the crossgrade.
And the good news is, with a WUPed mercury bundle you´ll get new plugins every half year
so for example. You own mercury with current wup, then you would get CLA-bundle, CLA signature......for free

Hey Joey,
Looks like we can't do the Waves downgrade.
But, I'm being told that you maybe able to
speak with Waves about downgrading your current
TDM bundle to Native.
Then, you can do an upgrade from there to
Mercury + Studio Classics.
I hope that makes sense.
