Weird proggy punky stuff that sounds like this song

More specifically the more aggressive bass-driven parts and electronic drum fills and schizophrenic inability to stick to riffs for too long. I really like this whole song, but it's the serious up-tempo shifting groove that hooks me. That the only band I know of that does the same for me is Watchtower on Energetic Disassembly, and considering the disparity in their respective genres of music, makes me think there must be some other bands that did this. NoMeansNo comes pretty close at points too, although they don't quite have the ADD factor of the others.

I have all the Mr. Bungle albums but not that King Crimson, nor any Frank Zappa (he's one of those cases of intimidating discographies). Any particular albums of his with the sound I'm describing? Not just looking for avant-garde stuff in general, because I know he's done all sorts of stuff.

Same for Univers Zero, aside from that one song on Heresie that has death metal-ish vocals. Albums/songs in particular?
