If I'm asking this, it's because I heard a lot of people whine about the fact that it wasn't the oh-so-great Mikael something from Opeth who sang on the album. Does it really matter? I think Tagtgren did a hell of a good job and he fits very well with the music on this album.

what I liked so much about the last ones was the guitar tone.

the albums were nothing original but that old school buzzsaw tone was what made me like them so much.

Its lacking that on the new one so it doesn't really have anything I enjoy as thoroughly, and I just find it boring.

hmmm musically i actually like NTM more. But i do think Akerfeldt is a better vocalist. Dont get me wrong though, Peter kicks a lot of ass, and i have even more respect for him seeing hypocrisy again at the NE fest

He did a great job, his voice fits better than akerfeldt's would have to the sound of the album. Anyone who disagrees will be flamed.

Bet you don't even know what early 90s game your avatar pic originated from.
Go ahead, prove me wrong. I dare you.
Prove you wrong about what?
My avatar originated from a poster I bought last year. Fine if it's from a game.

The new album is amazing, I fucking love it. I really enjoy 'RTC' but it does not compare to 'Nightmares Made Flesh'. Their is 3 guitarists on it plus a guest solo guitarist. One guitarist being Dan Swano. Some of the best riffs/harmonies/solos in death metal for along time. You have 3 guitarists writing songs instead of one plus shitloads of really good solos. The album is just more aggressive, diverse. It overall rocks harder heavier and fucking grooves

Peter does a fine job which is weird because he's been embarassing on the last few Hypocrisy albums. Favorite songs would be Brave New Hell,Year of The Cadaver Race,The Ascension,Stillborn Savior and Outnumbering The Day

The new drummer is better than Dan Swano at drums. Dan Swano is a better guitarist than drummer proving it on this album.

I wanna emphasize how good peter was with hypocrisy on sunday. Man, that guy can growl, especially with the older material. They kicked a lot of ass. Im not really sure why i cant get into their studio material
