I was thinking the same thing about it being sad to see Bello in it. Like seeing a ghost or something because as fans, we'll never see him again. But after thinking about it, why would Anthrax risk losing any momentum they've gathered from this album and touring to make a core member change?? It's not 1992 when making such a change was such a risk. It's Frank that didn't even bother to bid his fans a farewell. Surely he has access to a computer.
