What ever happened to NEIL TURBIN?

I remember reading something about a band he started called, TURBIN. Is this true? Also, is Scott Ian still living in Queens?

Actually, Neil Turbin is working on a solo album and he had his own website at www.neilturbin.com. He seems like such a nice guy, I wish him the best!
