It was sold to a local college and converted to a dorm.

There's not much that is the same as it, unfortunately. A lot of us moved to the Residence Inn, but it lacks the vibe the Fairfield had.

That's not so bad... the Marriott Courtyard is nice, and it's a very reasonable walk from the venue. It's sort of expensive, but then, so is the Best Western Granada.
