i think they put that rule in there so the priestly types could sleep easier at night knowing their institution was not a haven for immoral behavior but no RA ever enforced it except for the suck-up dorks who never got any.

Also the Playboy magazine is referring mostly to the stretch of off-campus housing on Eaton St. which was known for loud debaucherous drunken galas which took place every Friday and Saturday, which i took part in every now and then.
