born in '79...

I was 21 in '79. That year I saw The Scorpions in my hometown Eindhoven. They had just released "Lovedrive". Touring in the Netherlands with the band was noone less then Michael Schenker! The gig was unforgettable!

Later that year Rush played at the Pinkpop festival on the 4th of June here in the Netherlands. They had just released "Hemispheres". One of the best concerts I ever saw. I loved the live version of "La Villa Strangiato".

1979 was a great year!
