Care to elaborate why you think he needs one?

For someone who doesnt travel often, works at home, all business is done over Emails, leaves his house to obtain food, is always on or is constantly by a computer which has skype, twitter and fb, why would he need a cell on top of that?

I know in Colorado in order to have a home business you need a land line home phone (they wont allow cell). Now Indiana may be different but usually phone service comes with internet service which he obviously has. Why would he need a cell on top of a home phone?

Obviously these have nothing to do with the actual answer if he does have a cell of not but I dont see how its hard to believe that some humans dont own cell phones.

Sorry If that came off harsh, this is just my reasoning why he might not have a cell phone

I know you love posting links whenever you get the chance but I don't know of any cellular phone that requires being plugged in to work. Yes, I know you have to charge the damn thing but it seems like he was more referring to a land line phone.

I only have an ipod & a mac.
I use google voice to make calls & texts when I need and move from wifi network to wifi network with my ipod.
this way I never pay for a phone bill.

my take is this:
I talk to people in person. otherwise, I only text.
I don't like socializing with my friends via device and those who aren't my friends can either email me or text me.

I can make calls if I need via gmail or my girlfriend's phone.

(I don't have a doorbell, so it helps when someone wants to get in to record.)

I actually laughed out loud when I saw the post on facebook when I was on a downtime of a gig today (had actually two mixing gigs!) But yeah, apparently Joey has a phone, but not a cell phone.
