What's the most poorly designed iPhone app you've ever used?

Need an example of a poorly designed user interface for a software engineering project, I have some ideas but none of them are truly atrocious.

Non-iPhone apps are welcome but iPhone preferred because they are simple to analyze

So what's the most frustrating app you've ever used on your phone?

Easily the Wegmans app fallowed closely by the first version of Pizza Hut.

They both just straight up did not work AT ALL. I mean they launched and ran, but they didn't do what they were designed to do.
