Although the album cover itself is a bit non-descript I gotta say:

Tool's 10,000 wins for best artwork. The CD case is a stereoscope with some very psychadelic and bizare 3-D images. Very tool. Very cool.

Lamest cover...even though I totally dig the album....Monday Morning Apocolypse.

I don't think there will be ANY question that Tool wins in the "Best CD packaging concept" this year. There's an 'official' annual award for that -- maybe not a Grammy, but similar -- and they're almost certainly a shoo-in.

You gotta love this....The Into Eternity is badass too.

Whose work is this? Travis Smith again? If yes, I feel he's branched out quite a bit. Doesn't seem like his work. It strangely reminds me of the Age of Silence - Acceleration CD or perhaps Magellan. It's a great art, but I still love The Towers of Avarice best. The art of A Fragile Mind was also stunning.
