When will this forum be completely official?

there are different dates that could be considered the "official" starting date for this forum.
the very beginning of this forum was when i asked what it would take to have an official ARMORED SAINT forum on UM.
the first it could be considered official was when joey vera replied to me saying to go ahead with the forum.
at that point mark gave me the opportunity to continue being middleman between joey/the band & mark/um.
very cool of him, but i thought it would be dum on my part. im not officially associated with um or the band & i didnt see any point to me relaying messages, except to make me feel import when i wasnt. i also saw it as an easy way to add confusion & annoy everyone, so i thanked mark & asked him to talk to joey directly. so... 1st mark & joey official dudes from um & AS talked could be considered the beginning...
then... there's legal bullshit involved with an official forum from both sides. also UM had some requirments for an official forum-i dont know if it is anything like now so i wont mention any of it, except for the last part.
final step for an officlal forum back then (and once more in case anyone is dense-i have no idea what UM's procedures are now so dont assume anything here is releveant now)
but when an official forum went live was when the official contact person (in this case joey) gave the forum a final check out & okay'd what they saw.
...so, because of that the forum was here & getting posts before it was officially live. i believe the 1st post was by steve on october 20th 2003.
i got a message from mark that final go ahead was given november 25/26th 2003, so that would probably be what most would consider the day the official forum started.
when the forum list was actually updated, i dont have a clue, but the 2nd anniversary of the official forum is just a week and a half away.
