Can you still rip from youtube? I thought youtube had put a stop to that. For example, www.zamzar.com no longer allows youtube file conversion.

They can't stop it. Even if they tried, people would just find a way around it. But for example there are several good firefox extensions that will do the job. The one I use even integrates nicely into the YouTube page.

Not to hijack the thread, but what firefox extension do you use, JayArby? I am considering switching to using Firefox.

Just search "flash download" in available addons and it should come up. The full title is "Flash Video Downloader Youtube Downloader". The icon is a blue arrow pointing downwards. When you install it, it actually integrates into Youtube and adds a download button into the YouTube page.
