Where I can pre-order the new album?

I was looking at amazon but they dont have it..anyone can help me..where i can pre-order the album (with bonus disc)...

I order my copy from Amazon todady but not sure if the album come with the bonus disc...

The same happen with St. Anger from metallica, amazon don´t have the informaction but later they put the information about the free DVD.
