Ok, let the guessing begin!! :D

Big Ben!! Westminster!!!

Ding, ding, ding!! We have a winner!!!

The Houses Of Parliament in London - and of course Big Ben. (Big Ben is actually the bell inside the clock but let's not split hairs. )

Kirsten - you were close with "London Abbey", I assume you meant Westminster Abbey. They are near each other, but two different buildings so I couldn't let you have it. I'm sorry. :p

I remember the first time touring abroad we stayed at this (name escapes me now) hotel notorious for being THE "Rock" Hotel where all the bands stayed when on tour. Smallest lifts in the world and endless and relentless stairways!! I remember looking out my window and seeing the tower. It was amazing!!! :Spin:
So, Redshirt, when were you there???

I asked my friend about this (born and bred in London and a massive metalhead) and she said, "What tower was it looking over? If it's Tower of London, it would be the Thistle Tower which I now think it's called the Guoman.

The Cumberland is quite notorious but more so 70's as Hendrix stayed there a lot. The Sanctum in Soho is notorious but I think it's notorious now rather than back in the day."

Sound familar at all?

Better luck next time Kirsten!! :)

Yep. The other time I was there was when I did the Bruce Air Flight 666, that's where that trip started. So before or after that trip I stayed in London an extra couple days so I can see some sights. But, more than just a few days are needed to see London, there' so much to see. I'll be back...

It would be awesome if I'm there at the same time cos I could show you some awesome places around London. :D I LOVE LONDON!!!!!!!

That would be very cool! I'll definitely let you know next time I plan to be in your neighborhood!

Not exactly my neighbourhood as I live over 400 miles away, but it's most certainly my home from home and I have no problem finding my way around. :D Hit me up if you ever make it around my neck of the woods, then we can do a really hard Where In The World.
