Due to the new found popularity and consequential requests to the BBC from the fans, they (the BBC) will eventually re-issue the 'Arena: Heavy Metal' program on DVD, featuring the Napalm Death, Metallica and Slayer concerts that were filmed by the BBC that were used in the show as DVD extras, with interviews with Mitch Hale and indeed Penny Rushin (pictured left) documenting their climb to fame and exclusive footage from the Mitch Hale Supporters Club get together (yet to be arranged).


I remember my mate standing in the corner of his sitting room during the slayer gig, headbanging and playing air guitar all the way thorugh

The Napalm Death one was the best.After that all these pseudo "art" nob heads were calling them "leftfield" and "avant garde" whatever the fuck that means.The gig from that is on one of their dvds.
