Where to buy the PRETTY MAIDS-It Comes Alive DVD?

The live album is already out on iTunes and Amazon in Europe, but what about the DVD for North America. Which vendor will carry it and when?

EDIT: NEH Records has it in stock for $19 + $4 shipping to Canada (2CD + DVD). I think it's a fair price for an Euro import, and the only place I found in North America after checking out several vendors. Getting it from Europe would be more expensive. So, I just ordered from NEH. Can't wait to listen and watch to this live document by one of my fave bands!
