Where to send demos (Canada)?

I live in the toronto (ontario canada), and I put together a couple songs on cd (no other band members yet).

I'm just lookin for places I can get it listened to around here, but I'm having trouble finding any.

Does anyone know any or know where I should look?

also I should note its INSTRUMENTAL stuff (i'm trying to start an instrumental metal band)
