read in a metal maniacs interview that the song is done, and spectacular, but no vocals were put on it. WD had reservations that of course, Jeff would be compared to Randy, but was convinced when he heard the song done. He didn't do anything as far as I know (WD, with his vocals). No idea where it'll pop up later
