Clip1 has better snare than clip2. And clip2 has better kick..

I like the first one better, I prefer "natural" drums.

clip 1 lacks what clip 2 has and vs versa. Cant you blend both snrs and both kicks?

Yeah, out of the examples I'd prefer clip 1 with clip 2's kick.

Thanks for the replies guys. Much appreciated.

The majority of replies have confirmed my suspicions. The first recording I spent ZERO time on, and the second I've spent weeks on. 1st is Addictive Drums and the second is Superior 2.0.

After working with 2.0 for weeks, I loaded up Addictive Drums and loaded up the same groove and compared it to the preset in 2.0 I've been working on. I liked the first a lot more and I spent no time working with AD.

I just spent a bit of time and I'm already a lot happier with the sound I'm attaining in AD than in S2.0. Check this out... The kick is much improved already... What do you think?
